The following terms and conditions are applicable to all orders placed on our website or via the phone. Please contact our sales department on 0115 9229252 with any queries concerning these terms and conditions.

Product Pricing

All products and prices including special offers are subject to change or discontinuation without notice. Whilst we try to ensure prices and product information is accurate on our web site, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders (even if the payment has been charged) for goods that have been advertised at an incorrect price, showing the wrong photograph or description.

If we discover any pricing errors before we process your order, you will be notified immediately with the option to re submit your order at the correct price or cancel the order.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability and can change prior to delivery without notice. If this is the case, you will be notified by phone or email. Any product availability information supplied on our website is an estimate only.

Installation & Service

Upon your online/phone order, a confirmation will be sent direct to the Clients email address (where applicable). This confirmation will outline the date of installation & product to be fitted. An engineer will be allocated for your installation at the agreed date/time. Execspec.co.uk / Trackingmycar.co.uk will incur no liability from the Client in the event that the installation or product cannot be delivered at the agreed date/time due to reasons beyond the Companies control. In the event of such a case Trackingmycar.co.uk will endeavour to reschedule your booking at the earliest convenience to the Client or a full refund upon returning any products purchased provided they have not been used or damaged.

IMPORTANT – The Client understands all products fitted by Exec Spec engineers will be fitted to Thatcham approved methods only. Fitting may consist of soldering to existing vehicle wiring looms and the use of various other connector fittings to the vehicle and its wiring systems. Soldering is widely recognised as a safe and professional way to carry out an electrical connection where applicable.

Due to the varied and extensive nature of manufactures and aftermarket vehicle warranties, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the fitting of any products or components and the fitting methods used as described do not interfere with a vehicle warranty. Customer’s are advised to check with their warranty providers before installation commences. Any invalidation or restriction of a vehicle warranty as a result of the customer having any product fitted by Trackingmycar.co.uk or by the fitting process is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Where required Exec Spec may use qualified sub-contracted engineers to carry out installations to meet the clients requirements and scheduled appointments. In the event of a faulty product or defective workmanship the client agrees to allow the Companies employees / engineer’s free and multiple access to the vehicle at reasonable times to assess, repair, make good or replace parts or products.

Please note; Certain areas for example Scotland, Central London,Wales, all Coastal areas may in-occur a premium charge for an engineer to visit site & carry out installation. Certain remote areas ( for example Peak district, camping & leisure stay parks,forests will be excluded from our Nationwide installations. Premium installation charges ; Prestige , Supercars ,Hyper performance, bespoke custom vehicles maybe subject to a premium installation charge due to the complexity/nature of installation. All prices will be agreed prior to work being carried out. Please call our sales team if you would like further assistance.

Payment Methods

We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo and Maestro. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number – the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorization of your credit card has been properly received.


We deliver nationwide orders approximately 2-7 working days after cleared payment. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If our suppliers or we are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and you should allow up to 14 days for dispatch of the goods. For delays of more than 14 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods.


As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.


All produacts purchased from www.execspec.co.uk are supplied with a FULL 1 Year manufacturer’s warranty (unless stated differently at time of purchase) covering parts and labour. Your product will be covered against any faults from the date of delivery however this warranty will NOT cover misuse, neglect or accidental damage.

Damaged Returns

In the unlikely event that your product is faulty, damaged or any shortages in the delivery please contact us via email immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) quoting your order reference, invoice number and details of the problem.

Time Limitation for Notification of Claims

Damage in transit: If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier’s delivery consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 7 days from delivery. Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier’s delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 7 days from delivery. Any shortages within in the delivery will have to be reported with 7 days of delivery, in writing you may fax and post. In-Correct Goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any in-correct goods supplied within 7 days from delivery. Non-Deliveries: We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 7 days from the expected delivery date.

If goods returned under this clause are found to be perfect and in full working order, these will be returned to you and an administration fee of 25% of the price of the goods along with the cost of carriage will be charged to your credit card account.

Please Note: We will not be liable for the return shipping costs.

Cancellation of Orders/Returned Goods

Products purchased without installation -If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges (some items maybe applicable to 25% restocking fee). Special Order item(s) cannot be returned. It is your responsibility to return any such item(s) in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and new packaging, items that have been opened from original packaging will not be accepted for a full refund.

Products with installation – Items that include installation.

If you cancel within 48hours for any reason, a cancellation charge of £49.00 Plus VAT will be deducted from the amount you originally paid. This cost is for the charges the company has occurred in processing your order online/via telephone order.

Items returned – You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return and insurance. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account. A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced because of you handling the goods more than was necessary. The extent to which a customer can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop. Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery. If you do not return goods within 14 days after you have received the delivery, you will be deemed to have checked the condition of and accepted delivery of the goods and the right to cancel will be revoked. Any cancellation requests must be put in writing and received within the 14-day period. Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
